Position Overview
The Senior Encompass Administrator is a highly motivated and experienced professional responsible for managing and optimizing the Encompass Loan Origination System. This role works closely with the Mortgage Technology team, business stakeholders, and development resources to support day-to-day system operations, drive process improvements, and ensure system stability and compliance.
This position plays a critical role in enhancing system performance, supporting integrations and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology teams to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Manage and maintain Encompass system configurations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards
Serve as an escalation point for complex system and integration-related issues
Analyze vendor releases and technical documentation to assess system impact and coordinate testing and deployment
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including planning, execution, and validation
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the loan lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and support integrations (e.g., Partner Connect, APIs, third-party services)
Monitor and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Maintain system documentation to support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
Contribute to operational initiatives, special projects, and ongoing system enhancements
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Encompass Administration experience
Experience with Encompass integrations, including Encompass Web, Partner Connect, OB, and related services
Strong understanding of mortgage operations and loan origination processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
