PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, HR Edgenta Academy (Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur)

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analysis on current trainer pool (coverage by competency, industry, certification, commercial value).
• Identify and source potential new trainers aligned with Academy’s strategic direction.
• Maintain and enhance trainer database including expertise mapping and availability tracking.
• Propose structured trainer engagement framework (e.g., tiering system, performance rating)
• Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event, including concept development, programme flow, recognition mechanism, and impact measurement.

Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Specialisation in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Management
  • or related fields
• Total Work Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience.
• Total Relevant Experience: Internship exposure or prior experience in business analysis, event management, or related areas will be an added advantage.
