Night Shift Team Member Advert
Competitive Salary: £12.71 per hour, with an enhanced rate of £14.21 per hour applied only when working completed night shifts following night training.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks & drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin. You’ll follow clear standards, resolving or escalating issues where needed
***Please note this role operates within our extended venue opening hours, so flexibility will be required to work night shifts including weekends****
Your Impact
Guest experience: Welcome, support and engage customers so every visit feels enjoyable and seamless.
Service delivery: Keep the venue clean, safe and well-presented; manage busy periods and ensure standards are kept at all times"
Machine support: Help customers get started on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues, and promote responsible play.Safety & compliance: Follow all health & safety, licensing, and safer gambling procedures; confidently engage with customers and challenge where necessary". One-team mindset: Work together across the floor, to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
You’ll Bring
Customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
Team player energy—clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or a similar environment is helpful but not essential—full training provided.
