Ansell is looking for an Administrative Practician Bogotá, Colombia!
In this position you will be Telephone and personal answering, control of sending and receiving correspondence/orders, operational support at events, general control of conservation/maintenance, support for sample process activities, issuing purchase orders, posting invoices, administrative support, assistance to employees.

What your role will be?
1. Answering the phone and filtering calls;
2. Reception of visitors, suppliers, employees;
3. Responsible for sample management, requesting, sending, exporting, reports, support for requesters
4. Controlling and sending mail via the Post Office; FEDEX and other couriers;
5. Requests for coffee breaks and support at commemorative events
6. Purchasing supplies: receiving and checking cleaning, hygiene, food and office supplies;
7. Checking maintenance and requesting outsourced services when necessary for the office and equipment (electrical, furniture and structure);
8. Monitoring suppliers/service providers within the office;
9. Administrative support in managing own and leased vehicle fleet
10. Administrative support in Facilities, general control of conservation (cleaning), building maintenance, request for cleaning supplies and materials in general to meet the demands related to the Facilities department;
11. Administrative support in Purchasing, issuing orders, launching invoices and slips
12. Administrative services such as mail/FEDEX, office supplies, registry office, motorcycle couriers.
13. Providing support and carrying out administrative and operational support services for internal users
