- Spend time with customers, users, and partners to understand their needs and translate them directly to the future of global communication.
- Identify the highest impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem, related to AI-powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brand engagement, or other areas.
- Enable brands to create the most engaging customer experience possible.
