We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to lead Villa Maria Fortitude Vally into its next chapter. This is an opportunity for a values led leader who is motivated by purpose, people, and quality. As Residential Manager, you will have full operational and clinical leadership of the home, supported by a well-established structure that allows you to focus on what matters most - your people, your residents and the quality of care. You will cultivate a culture where residents feel safe and known, employees feel valued and supported, and continuous improvement is embedded in everyday practice.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, an Administration Manager, Chef Manager and Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care and Maintenance, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver relationship centred care
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community

Additionally, you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing qualification
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Min 5 yrs demonstrated experience leading a diverse team – Aged Care, Healthcare, Hospitality or related industry
In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC processes
Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
Ability to be on call after hours (phone) 1 week in 9 to support other Residential Managers in your region
Willingness to obtain a Police and NDISWC
