YOUR ROLE AS REVENUE MANAGER
Are you passionate about maximizing revenue performance and optimizing distribution strategies? We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee various properties in our German region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a measurable impact on business results.
In this role, you will:
Deliver accurate reporting and maintain revenue management systems.
Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability.
Partner with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks.
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to inform pricing decisions.
Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
Oversee daily review and implementation of rate and inventory controls.
Provide detailed reports on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective pricing and distribution strategies.
Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing across all distribution channels.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities.
Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.
