Job Description
A Facilitator is a youth leader who teaches by example and creates a safe, engaging environment for middle school students. This role requires a genuine passion for working with youth, a commitment to positive youth development, and the ability to model behaviors that support growth. Facilitators plan and lead fun, structured activities while building meaningful relationships with participants. In some cases, they also collaborate and guide an Assistant to help manage daily group responsibilities. We do this by implementing the agency’s mission, goals, and objectives. We aim to cultivate a strong foundation for success in all of our participants and the community through innovative and effective social-emotional, academic, family, and health and wellness services.
