Manager of Centralization – Sales Operations

Continental Properties is looking for a Manager of Centralization – Sales Operations to join our Operations team!

As Manager of Centralization – Sales Operations, you will play a key role in leading our apartment community centralized sales function by driving consistent, high‑quality sales support across our community portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a team of centralized sales specialists, leading companywide sales training and coaching strategy to drive performance, and partnering closely with Operations Leadership to improve conversion, customer experience, and overall leasing effectiveness. You will report to the Director of Multifamily Learning & Operations.
