Job Description
Responsible for processing shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with clients, carriers, trucking companies, brokers, agents, and Crane branches on a daily basis. He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, in a timely and effective manner.
Acts as liaison between sales and the client for assigned accounts, to ensure the client's processes and procedural requirements are properly implemented and followed. Ensures that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, ISO operational compliance and specific client requests.
