The Customer Service Representative is a vital role in ensuring our customers’ vacation dreams are realized. The lead will act as a liaison, provide RV Rental services information, and resolve any emerging concerns that our customer account s might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a non-supervisory role that requires the performance of higher level, more complex duties, and possession of advanced, specialized skills. Supporting the CSR team and being an ambassador of Fraserway and Four Seasons Rentals, you are an expert in providing rental information, sharing local area knowledge, and ensuring that our customers’ expectations are always exceeded.
