Job Description

  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; experience in cardiology marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events and congresses, with a proven ability to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty care commercialization, particularly in the rare disease space in Switzerland and Austria.
  • Proficient understanding of the Swiss and Austrian compliance and regulations environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively, alongside a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work structured and autonomous manner.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally (including Austria) on a limited basis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required; education in science or genetics is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in key account management and sales is an advantage.
