Strong knowledge of specialty care commercialization, particularly in the rare disease space in Switzerland and Austria.
Proficient understanding of the Swiss and Austrian compliance and regulations environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively, alongside a solid understanding of financial principles.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work structured and autonomous manner.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally (including Austria) on a limited basis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required; education in science or genetics is an advantage
Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.
Hands-on experience in key account management and sales is an advantage.
