Job Description

  • Conduct CRM analytics to deliver actionable insights into sales performance and customer interactions
  • Generate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) reports and create dashboards to support strategic decision-making and monitor market trends
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor SFE key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely follow-ups and maintain progress
  • Support the optimization of the CRM tools, IC tracking (eg MBOs) & Account Plan implementation as needed
  • Support Associate Director, Business Operations to implement HCP Targeting & Segmentation into CRM
  • Perform data quality checks and system adjustments to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with Associate Director, Business Operations to prepare monthly local and international reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and other business metrics
  • Support the commercial organization with pharmacy requests, registrations as well as review and follow-up on order tools
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all operations
