This role is a hands-on, high-travel technical position focused on installing, servicing, and optimizing complex industrial capital equipment used in paper, packaging, converting, and related manufacturing environments. You will work directly at customer sites across North America, ensuring machinery operates at peak performance through PLC programming, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical diagnostics. The position blends technical problem-solving with customer-facing responsibility, requiring strong communication and adaptability in fast-paced production settings. You will support installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities while also training client teams on safe and efficient machine operation. With 75–80% travel, this is a field-intensive role that offers exposure to diverse industrial systems and real-world engineering challenges.
