Peer Support Specialist - Iowa CCBHC (rural sites - eligible for stipend)

A person in recovery from a serious mental illness and/or substance use will hold this position. The Peer Support Specialist supports client self-determination, engagement, recovery, and whole-health wellness. Peer Support Specialists use their lived experience to assist clients in building skills, connecting socially, and developing goals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation: Wage is based on total years of relevant experience Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
