Assistant Director of Nursing

The Assistant director of Nursing (ADON) supports the director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high‑quality, resident‑centered care within the senior living community. This role assists with staff supervision, care planning, regulatory compliance, and clinical best practices while promoting a culture of compassion, safety, and accountability. The ADON serves as a clinical leader and resource to nursing staff, helping ensure residents receive consistent, individualized care aligned with company standards, state regulations, and person‑centered care principles.
