Rooftop Server

The Rooftop Server will deliver exceptional food and beverage service in Jamul Casino Resort’s new rooftop venue. In this fast-paced role, you’ll greet and assist guests, set up and maintain event spaces, replenish buffets, and provide synchronized plated service while ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates bring banquet or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail.
