The Dual Rate Supervisor serves in a hybrid role as both a Table Games Dealer and Table Games Supervisor, depending on business needs. In this role, you will provide accurate and efficient dealing of games, deliver excellent guest service, and ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental policies. When acting as Supervisor, you will oversee table operations, guide team members, and support departmental goals. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in table games, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example while maintaining a fun and professional gaming environment.
