The Role The Purchasing Coordinator supports the daily purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory functions of the Nourishment department. This role ensures that food, beverages, operating supplies, and disposables are received accurately, stored properly, and distributed to culinary teams in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
The Purchasing Coordinator helps maintain accurate inventory levels, supports vendor ordering, and assists with maintaining cost control and product quality standards. This role plays an important part in ensuring culinary operations have the products needed to support both front-of-house and back-of-house service while maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
