Maintenance Group Lead

Nortera is hiring Maintenance Group Leads for our Bergen facility, with a steady Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule in the off-season and second (2p-10:30 p) or third shift (10p - 6:30a) coverage during peak season (12 days on, 2 days off rotation). This role leads and mentors maintenance mechanics while providing hands-on support for equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Group Lead plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.
