Job Description
- Develop comprehensive test plans and mobilize resources across various environments to perform electrical, functional, and reliability testing.
- Collaborate with Original Design Manufacturer/Joint Design Manufacturer (ODMs/JDMs) to verify that all hardware solutions strictly adhere to internal standards and performance requirements.
- Identify bugs and drive corrective actions with internal development teams and external suppliers to ensure rapid resolution.
- Maintain and improve the qualification process, focusing on Gen-to-Gen optimization and overall test efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to enhance test quality and streamline methodologies to support evolving hardware architectures and project timelines.
