Bilingual Export Sales Coordinator

Full-Time • Non-Exempt • Fullerton, CA • Monday–Friday (Hybrid)

Multiquip is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Export Sales Coordinator to support our growing international business. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for global customers, sales agents, and internal teams—managing the full order lifecycle and ensuring seamless international shipments.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Sales Support

  • Provide exceptional service to international customers with timely, accurate communication
  • Support outside sales agents and internal teams with coordination and issue resolution
  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, and documentation) from customers and partners

Order Management & Processing

  • Process quotes and orders in SAP, including pricing, terms, product details, and delivery instructions
  • Manage high-volume order activity with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate order updates and revisions to customers and stakeholders

Logistics & Export Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end international shipments, including air and ocean freight
  • Work closely with freight forwarders to manage logistics, container sizing, and freight costs
  • Verify product availability and ensure timely order fulfillment

Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, including BIS-711 forms, ETAR processes, and CE requirements
  • Maintain awareness of dangerous goods (DG) regulations for air shipments

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Review open order reports and drive timely progression of shipments
  • Maintain accurate records including manuals, parts documentation, and export notes
  • Ensure accuracy in Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Participate in process improvements and departmental initiatives

What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma required; degree in Business, International Business, or Supply Chain is a plus
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience required
  • 1–3 years of export and/or international logistics experience preferred
  • Experience with machinery or parts (industrial or automotive) is a plus

Language & Communication Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively support customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Technical & Systems Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Nitro preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Industry & Functional Knowledge

  • Understanding of export documentation, compliance, and international trade processes
  • Familiarity with Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CFR, CIF, DDP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods (DG) requirements for air shipments
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and product information

Organization & Problem-Solving

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking with sound judgment for resolving customer issues
  • Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based role requiring regular sitting, typing, and communication
  • Occasional standing and walking
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
  • Visual requirements include close vision for detailed document handling

Compensation & Benefits

  • $24.00-$25.00/hr
  • 11 paid Holidays
