The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated FBT BD Strategy Operations Intern to support our FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) BD team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of TikTok's logistics business across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive execution. You should have a genuine interest in e-commerce supply chain solutions, business development strategy, cross-functional project coordination, etc.

Key responsibilities
- FBT Business Strategy & Operations
- Deeply understand the FBT business model, support FBT business development (BD) strategy formulation and daily operational execution, and drive the delivery of critical strategic projects.
- Project Management & Cross team comms
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration with Ecom AM/Strategy, Data Analytics, and warehouse ops teams to align on project objectives; proactively track project milestones, identify potential risks, and propose actionable solutions to unblock progress bottlenecks.
- Project Initiation & Implementation
- Support key logistics merchant operation project launches (such as massive onboarding program for sellers), prioritize strategic initiatives, and deliver business strategy implementation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree at university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred.
- Eager to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred major in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
