Job Description
The Assistant Director is a critical change agent who will work with school and youth development programs to leverage Phipps Neighborhoods as well other local services, agencies, programs and resources in order to ensure student and young adult success and positive social, educational and health outcomes for seniors and community members. Cornerstone staff members work in a team structure, where they collaborate every day to meet the needs of students, young adults, seniors and community members. Team members work together to create a safe and engaging environment that ensures programming for our students while focusing on academic and enrichment activities that support social emotional learning daily within programming.
