Axis North Cone South sales team is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to support and promote the technology of Axis Communications products and solutions, The ideal candidate needs to live in Lima, Peru .
Fluent English is required

What you’ll do here as an Inside Sales Account Representative?
· Qualify/recruit network video/security integrators, software developers, consultants, and complimentary hardware providers into our Channel Partner Programs in order to increase our participation in the local market.
· Work closely with a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet or exceed Inside Sales initiatives, quotas, develop partners and management-based objectives.
· Build and maintain fluid relationships and assist partners/end users/distributors to sales our Axis solutions.
· Qualify and process all sales leads and inquiries in CRM, assist with partner pages, project pricing, and maintain the weekly pipeline.
· Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
· Attend Inbound calls and do a lot of outbound calls.

· Good knowledge of physical security application, design and IT/Networking. (Technical understanding).
· Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needs.

· Strong speaking skills
· Prospecting skills
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree, engineering/electronic preferred but not required.
· Comfortable with cold sales
Physical demands
· Employee is frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.
· Expected travel time for this position is between 10%- 15%.
