What You Can Expect:

What you'll do:

Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Generate GP and shipment volumes from new and existing D-level customers.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline aligned with country sales targets.

Lead Management

  • Manage, follow up, and qualify leads received from the Opportunity Management Team.
  • Ensure timely conversion of leads into revenue-generating customers.
  • Accept and manage transferred D-level customers from BDM/BDE teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Identify D customers with potential to grow into higher segments.

Tender Management

  • Support the preparation and submission of customer tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with pricing, product, and operations teams to gather competitive and accurate data.
  • Assist in compiling commercial proposals, rate sheets, and service solutions.
  • Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Maintain tender documentation and track outcomes to improve future success rates.

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or freight forwarding
  • Experience in tender management, RFQs, and bid preparation
  • Feel confident speaking Croatian (C1) and English (B2) language when communicating with key partners and potential customers.
  • Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
  • Results-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset
