In this role, you’ll:
- Nurture and care for an assigned group of children each day
- Design fun, developmentally appropriate activities and learning centers
- Support emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth
- Observe, document, and celebrate children’s progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers
- Keep classrooms clean, safe, and full of energy and creativity
- Follow licensing regulations, program guidelines, and best practices
- Participate in ongoing learning, staff collaboration, and professional development
Schedule perk: Enjoy a four‑day workweek—four 10‑hour shifts between 6:40 a.m. and 5:35 p.m. (That’s a built‑in day off every week!)
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $17.00 - $19.00. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
