Service Manager - Lawn Care and Pest Control

In this key leadership role, you'll drive planning, budgeting, and resource management—ensuring our people, equipment, and materials are used effectively and efficiently. You'll champion safety, quality, and operational excellence while keeping projects on track and on budget.

You'll also lead the way in hiring, training, and developing a top-tier field team, making sure everyone is licensed, supported, and set up for success. From conducting field audits to solving challenges on the fly, you’ll be hands-on in keeping our standards—and morale—high.
