Dispatcher

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our service technicians. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all appointments and client requests are handled professionally. This position will require you to communicate across multiple departments and with clients daily. You will be expected to communicate using multiple platforms including phone, email, text and chat.
