Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review daily journal entries and cash reporting, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies for management.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements, providing insights and identifying key variances.
  • Support capital calls and distributions preparation, ensuring correctness and timeliness for management approval.
  • Review and coordinate the preparation and delivery of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity, while addressing potential client or investor concerns
  • Draft and review investor correspondence, responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Manage client investor portals and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, including special assignments from management, with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor or guide junior associates and associates on processes and technical aspects when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license (or in process) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems such as Investran or similar; solid Excel skills.
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, investors, and team members.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required to support business and client needs.
