You will operate as a key connector between business priorities and people strategy, ensuring teams are set up for sustainable performance and growth.
With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will leverage people analytics to guide leadership actions and organizational improvements.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on partner who thrives in ambiguity and can influence at all levels of the organization.
You will also play a central role in strengthening culture, engagement, and leadership effectiveness across distributed teams.
