Program Specialist (Focus Archery)- Brandywine Location

The Program Specialist for the YMCA Youth Programs is responsible for coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of youth programs, including sports, art, dance, tumbling, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), and Archery. This role involves creating engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities that support the growth and development of young participants. The Program Specialist ensures the smooth operation of all YOUTH programs, while maintaining a focus on safety, engagement, and program quality. Shift: Saturday mornings 9am-11am
