Job Description
Position: Seasonal Summer Painter
Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day, 4 days per week
Positions Available: (2) painters at ACHS and (2-3) painters for the remainder of USD 470 facilities
The school district is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Seasonal Summer Painter position. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, painting classrooms, facilities, and parking lots, patching and repairing walls, moving furniture and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow directions, and perform physical labor in varying temperatures. Previous painting experience is preferred but not required. This position is temporary, less than 20 hours per week, and only for the summer months. It may involve lifting, climbing ladders, and extended periods of standing or walking.
