Job Description

  • Prospect and develop new local business relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Conduct needs analysis with business owners and decision makers
  • Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions
  • Sell across radio, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Maintain consistent client contact and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to execute campaigns
  • Attend station events, remotes, and client functions as needed
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation
  • Ensure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
