- Prospect and develop new local business relationships on an ongoing basis
- Conduct needs analysis with business owners and decision makers
- Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions
- Sell across radio, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Maintain consistent client contact and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to execute campaigns
- Attend station events, remotes, and client functions as needed
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation
- Ensure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
