Lead development and execution of category strategies informed by supply, demand, capacity, market outlook, risk, and budget considerations
Independently prepare, negotiate, execute, and manage contracts and agreements for assigned commodities and services
Research assigned markets and apply market intelligence to optimize sourcing and purchasing strategies
Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and process improvement initiatives
Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational and business needs
Collaborate with fleet management, end users, and suppliers to optimize and standardize agricultural equipment
Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, reliability, financial stability, and long‑term capability
Present sourcing strategies, cost savings opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Utilize ERP systems to support analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking
Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements
Successfully operate across both corporate and agricultural environments, including field and remote sites as needed
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
