Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IP management, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company.
Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
Experience in handling IP filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous).
Interest in Finance and Legal matters.
Knowledge in Project Management.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work across departments.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
