Lead and manage preventive maintenance activities for all equipment in the department to guarantee efficient and stable performance by implementing scheduled PM plans and monitoring equipment health.
Maintain and optimize the preventive maintenance system for departmental equipment to reduce spare part costs and improve cost efficiency by training technicians on PM procedures and enforcing compliance.
Develop and implement maintenance and repair work instructions and documentation, including spare part lists to ensure standardized procedures and accurate resource planning by creating clear guidelines and updating them regularly.
Prepare and manage spare part creation for WWT, WAT, PWT & CS systems to avoid shortages and defective parts during operations by maintaining accurate inventory and timely procurement.
Take the lead in creating and managing a spare part system to improve storage control and site usage efficiency by digitizing inventory records and monitoring usage trends.
Witness testing and perform commissioning for new project equipment to ensure tools operate as per specifications and meet operational requirements by reviewing P&ID, validating performance, and confirming spare part readiness.
Confirm and approve maintenance design with vendors, suppliers, and counterparts to guarantee compliance with technical standards and operational needs by conducting design reviews and buy-off processes.
Ensure all tasks and activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, always maintaining a safe working environment.
