Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Stanton, TN
Job Type: Office (25%) Shop Floor (75%)
Reports to: Facility Manager
Department: North American Operations
Position Purpose: Provide maintenance supervision, support and analysis to assist Leadec in maintaining & improving facilities and equipment to achieve TEVC TN objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely at all times.
- Arrive on the job, ready to work every day according to the work plan and schedule.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in multi craft fields and several years of experience.
- Time keeping, startup meetings, scheduling of work/time off, disciplinary actions.
- Additional technical responsibilities as assigned.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass Maintenance based aptitude testing.
- 5+ years of work experience in supervision.
- Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
- Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high>). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
