Payroll Coordinator

Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team. Provides day-to-day support for the payroll function by entering data in preparation for ongoing processes. Proactively monitors the payroll inbox on a daily basis processing requests as appropriate.   How you’ll make us better:   Completes data entry of payroll items on a daily basis Coordinates and communicates with various internal departments regarding payroll items Creates various reports, including timekeeping, etc. Participates in preparation for payroll runs   Your special skills:   Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing Prerequisites for success: High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of one (1) year experience in Payroll or Human Resources preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Very high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry   We saved the best for last.
