Maintenance Tech I

To assist Maintenance personnel in building and equipment repairs. Assist in maintaining tool room operation as assigned. Pick up and delivery of materials., Inspection and preparation of university vans. Assist technicians with building and equipment repairs. Cleaning of mechanical rooms and maintenance building or other as assigned by manager. Assist in emergency and after hour repairs as needed.
