The General Maintenance Handyman is located in Whitby, ON and typically reports directly to the Team Lead. Their primary focus is general building maintenance. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Using hand and power tools
- Patching and Painting
- Lifting and Moving equipment
- Power washing and other cleaning
- Warehouse rack inspections and repairs
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance duties associated with building systems
- Other duties as directed by management

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1 – 5 years in general building repairs
- warehouse experience is an asset
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bending and lifting required; lifting under 30 kg
- Ability to climb stairs and work on a ladder, lift equipment, or scaffold as required
- Good oral and written communication skills
The expected salary range for this role is determined in accordance with the union collective agreement
