Job Description
- Greet and verbally acknowledge each guest promptly. - Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to banquet and casino guests in accordance with venue and/or promotion/event standards. - Ensure each station is ready for guests' arrival in accordance with Banquet Event Order. - Knowledge of all event specification and details in accordance with Banquet Event Order. - Complete knowledge of all menu items and how each item is prepared. - Monitor guests' needs on a continual basis and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled. - General knowledge of operations at HCPN in order to answer guest inquiries regarding racing, slots, wagering, etc. - Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards. -...
