Billing Coordinator

Billing Coordinator will work with domestic and international companies; oversee accurate freight invoicing, dispute resolution, and billing system performance to ensure compliance with customer agreements and financial policies. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, manage EDI and customer portals, and drive timely invoice processing. Additionally, the position leads team workflow coordination, mentors staff and develops SOPs to enhance consistency and efficiency. Through data analysis and reporting, the role identifies root causes, supports process improvements, and reduces billing errors while providing actionable insights to leadership.
