Job Description
A Sales Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the sales activities of frontline sales staff to ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and compliance standards. This role partners closely with the Sales Director to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales operations and drive high levels of customer satisfaction, while ensuring team goals and performance standards are consistently met.
In addition, the Sales Quality Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive, high-performing work environment through mentoring, coaching, and ongoing development of team members. When necessary, the Sales Quality Manager may be expected to temporarily assume the responsibilities of a Sales Manager or Account Executive to ensure business continuity and deliver an exceptional customer experience when all other coverage options have been exhausted.
