Inside Sales Manager

Job Description:

The goal is to help the company grow by maintaining current small showroom accounts, bringing in customers and developing business.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

  • Re-engage and maintain small showroom accounts to generate sales
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve the annual sales plan
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to attract new clients
  • Maintain and expand the database of current and potential clients
  • Give support in initiatives to the Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Process and follow-up purchase orders and payments
  • Organize and follow-up deliveries of products and guarantees
  • Develop reporting, data analytics and creative insights

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience in sales or sales administration
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving goals
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Skilled in Microsoft office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Sap knowledge
