Job Description
- Coach and guide a team of high-performing vendor managers while fostering team wellness and high-performance dynamics and excellence.
- Be accountable for flawless operations by managing overall vendor performance in the region, driving vendor selection, consultation, and overall vendor operations strategies.
- Develop and maintain the overall regional workflow strategy, Identify and mitigate risk from a delivery standpoint and ensure operational compliance with policies and procedures.
- Influence cross-functional directors and actively participate in discussions and decisions involving the Vice President+ leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal improvements at scale.
