Lead in building stand lineups and changing out tooling for the specified product.
Maintain safe and reliable rolling mill systems while improving production KPIs yield, performance, and availability.
Follow safety policies and procedures for equipment operation.
Perform routine inspection of condition of the equipment and report to the Supervisor or the Maintenance department any required part replacement or fix.
Perform in-process quality inspections and/or tests, identifying defects, and ensuring that quality meets customer specifications.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and troubleshoot to find root causes for issues.
Keep work area organized and clean (housekeeping / 5S).
Conduct / participate in LOTO such as verifying zero energy.
Actively participate in safety trainings, safety meetings, and weekly toolbox talks.
Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs.
