About Dockside Restaurant:
Dockside offers delicious lakeside dining at Coeur d’Alene Resort, featuring fresh seafood, steaks, and stunning views. We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Expeditor to ensure timely, accurate delivery of meals to our guests.
The Role:
As a Food Expeditor, you will coordinate between kitchen staff and servers, making sure every dish is perfect and delivered promptly to guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and prioritize food orders coming from the kitchen

Check dishes for presentation, accuracy, and quality before service

Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery

Relay special requests and modifications to the kitchen accurately

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the expediting area

Assist with maintaining a smooth flow during busy service times
