Telecom Field Specialist

In this role, you will support critical field data collection activities that contribute to the development and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure across communities. You will work outdoors in assigned territories, capturing accurate GPS and asset data related to utility poles, civil structures, and network infrastructure. The position involves structured, process-driven fieldwork using mobile tools and survey applications to ensure high-quality, client-ready datasets. You will collaborate closely with team leads and field teams to maintain coverage accuracy, avoid duplication, and meet daily production targets. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in varying environmental conditions. You will gain exposure to telecom infrastructure workflows while contributing directly to projects that improve connectivity across regions.
