Job Description
Join Visa consulting engagement teams to:
- Collaborate with other functions (products, marketing) in developing and offering to the clients value-added products and services
- Delivering original analysis and insights to VCA delivery teams
- Executing structured analytical approach and creating defined outcomes
- Applying analytical, statistical and programming skills, building models, creating algorithms and using appropriate tools to discover knowledge from a variety of large and versatile data sources
- Wrapping the outcomes of analysis into ready-to-use PowerPoint slides, minimal viable products, dashboards
- Communicating analytical insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (including PPT slides and charts) with VCA colleagues collecting, synthesizing, analysing case team learning and inputs into new best practices and methodologies
- Contribution to improvement of methodology, tools, enablement material and topic development on areas of expertise
- Developing broad expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as banking, payments, analytics, business consulting, targeted marketing and communications or other data-driven functions
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, etc.
- Master of PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic understanding of various banking models including business strategy for retail and corporate clients (clients segmentations, product offering for various clients segments, channels strategy, remote banking applications, digital banking)
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
- Exceptional structuring analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt
- A background in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a big plus
- An affinity for payments technology and its future
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international assignments
- Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Azerbaijani is a plus
